How long will my order take to arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 4–7 business days, for an estimated total of 5–9 business days within the United States.

We're a U.S.-based store headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, shipping nationwide across the United States.
What if my item arrives defective?
We'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.
What is your return policy?

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
