Refund policy

At Velarve, every order is backed by a straightforward 30-day return guarantee. If something isn't right, our team will make it easy to return or exchange your purchase.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns that arrive used or damaged through customer handling may be refused or partially refunded.

Restocking fee

We charge a $0 restocking fee. You will never pay a restocking charge to return an eligible item to Velarve.

Who pays for return shipping

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Velarve covers the full cost of return shipping and sends a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.

Change of mind (wrong size or no longer wanted): the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.

How to start a return

1. Email support@velarve.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Wait for your return authorization and instructions — please don't ship anything back before you receive them.

3. Repack the item securely with all original tags and packaging, then send it using the method provided in your authorization email.

Refund process and timing

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. After approval, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically takes up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email support@velarve.com and we'll arrange an exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@velarve.com or +1 (984) 258-0216.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be marked final sale or non-returnable on their product pages. These can't be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Digital goods and subscriptions

Velarve sells physical products only. We do not sell digital or downloadable goods, and we do not offer subscription plans or auto-renewing memberships, so no recurring billing or subscription cancellation applies to your purchase.
