Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment options shown at checkout, which typically include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. The options available to you appear during checkout.

Currency

All prices and charges are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment processing

Payment is collected at the time you place your order. Orders are confirmed and prepared for shipment only after payment is successfully received. If a payment is declined, the order won't be processed.

Secure checkout

Checkout is protected with SSL encryption and handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Velarve does not see or store your full card details.

Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@velarve.com so we can resolve it — unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting order records.
